In order to protect your data even better and ensure the availability of our IT systems, we have been audited and certified annually in accordance with DIN EN ISO 27001:2017 since 2012. Our quality management has also been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2012.
ISO 27001 is recognized as the leading international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It certifies the responsible and secure handling of sensitive information at milch & zucker.
ISO 9001 certifies the existence of a quality management system and thus guarantees a high level of quality. Our management system is certified for the following application areas: programming, implementation, customizing, operation and support of standard software for e-recruiting and talent management, and development of employer positioning as well as personnel marketing strategies and measures to attract and retain suitable employees.
