Every year, the ICR—Institute for Competitive Recruiting—identifies the best applicant management systems in Germany.
More than 1,800 customers share their experiences with their recruiting software systems.
Unlike simple frequency rankings on evaluation platforms, the ICR conducts a direct survey of the people who ought to know: the users of applicant management software. They answer detailed questions, including about individual functionalities and their importance for day-to-day work. Thus the ranking focuses entirely on the practical suitability of the systems. The test winners are determined independently of the manufacturer.
